Historically, The Wan Shou Funeral Home was founded in 1998 on the basic principles of: steadfast commitment to providing the most honorable, personal and affordable funeral services possible and in maintaining the highest level of trust and integrity.
Our Staff
All of our licensed directors adhere to the highest standard of ethical practices and are committed to ensuring that all of your needs are fulfilled. Our staff takes great pride in maintaining a funeral home that is clean, neat, and is always above New York State standards.
Our Facilities
Our location, at 13th Avenue and 65th Street, Brooklyn, New York has a spacious reception area: which includes five chapels, two of which have indoor furnace. We also have a waiting area, lounge, separate arrangement conference rooms, casket and vault showroom, embalming room, body storage refrigeration on site. We also provide livery services which include hearse, family cars and flower cars. Our funeral home is the only local funeral home that has four parking lots, providing parking for over 100 vehicles.
Our Community
We proudly model ourselves at engaging the local Chinese community. Our staff works closely with New York Chinese Association: which includes: working on creating a safer community, creating new opportunities for student philanthropy, and also helping families in need of funeral related situations.
